1. Are you a manufacturer authorized radio dealer for the products
you seel? Yes. Rapid Wireless is an authorized to sell
and service HYT, Vertex Standard, Motorola, Icom and Kenwood radios. We have an
on-site service department to repair any malfunctioning equipment.
2. Are you authorized to sell Verizon &
Sprint products and services? Yes. Rapid Wireless carries a
full line of Verizon & Sprint phone and data services. We also have
cases, car chargers, bluetooth headsets and other accessories.
3. Does Rapid Wireless of Florida sell
products not shown online? Yes. We have included some of the
more popular radios on our website, but there are many more radios, accessories,
and other products we offer. Please contact Rapid Wireless here for further assistance.
4. Does rw2way.com accept phone, fax or
e-mail orders? Yes. Please contact

I don't see all my items in my cart, why is
that? It is possible that you either added them to both the Rapid
Wireless Cart and the PayPal cart. These are two individual carts.
You must add each item to the same cart you want to use to checkout.
Clicking "Add" will add the item only to the Rapid Wireless cart, and clicking
"PayPal ADD TO CART" will add the item only to the PayPal cart only. If
this is not the case, and you are using the Rapid Wireless Cart, you may not be
clicking "OK" to confirm your addition after you click the "add" button.

Do I need to allow popups to view the
website? It
would be best to allow popups for www.rw2way.com if possible. If you will
be using PayPal to make a purchase, allowing popups may be required additionally
for www.paypal.com.

How do you ship orders? We use UPS for all our
shipments, but the customer decides the speed of the delivery.

When will I my order be processed and
shipped?
Orders are most often processed within 1 business
day. If we have the item in stock, it will be shipped within approximately
1 busines days plus order processing time. If we do not have the item in
stock, it will take approximately 4 business days to receive the product(s),
program them (if necessary), and ship them . Motorola Radios usually have
a 3 day lead time from the manufacturer, and will take approximately 7 business
days to receive the product(s), program them (if necessary), and ship them in
addition to the order processing time. Religious holidays may delay order
processing and shipment.
9.
What should I include in the comments field when making a
purchase online?
Please include any frequencies, privacy codes,
etc. Please be specific as to which radios are to be programmed and to
what frequencies, privacy codes, etc. If you do not include these
frequences we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to contact you
after several attempts we will ship the products as we received them. Also
include any other information you feel necessary.
10. What forms of payment do you
accept? We accept
Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. We may be able to arrange payment by check,
but we will not process any order until payment is received in full. We do
NOT accept American Express.
11. Can we pick an order up to
save on shipping?
Yes, but you will not be able to use
our webpage to purchase products. Please contact Rapid Wireless here.
12. Do I need a FCC license for my
radio frequencies? How do I apply for one?
To comply with FCC regulations, you will
need to apply for the appropriate licenses for your 2-way radio
communications. Rapid Wireless utilizes a third party to expedite our
customer's applications for FCC licensing. Please contact us here for further information.

How do I add something to the cart using the Rapid Wireless
cart?
First, you must select the options for the product you want
(e.g. the frequency, or the number of channels). After you select the
correct options, simply click on the button labeled "Add". A confirmation
box will pop up confirming your choices. Click "Ok" to confirm your
choice. The subtotal amount will be displayed in the bar located at the
bottom of the webpage. From this point you can either browse to add
another item, view the cart by clicking "show basket", or complete your purchase
by clicking on "check out".

How do I add something to the cart using the PayPal
cart?
First, you must select the options for the product you want
(e.g. the frequency, or the number of channels). After you select the
correct options, simply click on the button labeled "PayPal ADD TO CART".
A window will popup showing your most updated shopping cart. If the cart
is correct and you would like to continue shopping, please close the
window. Otherwise click the button labeled "Proceed to Checkout" to
complete your order.
3.
How do I remove an item or change a quantity using the Rapid
Wireless Cart?
Go to your "Shopping Basket" (viewable by clicking
"show basket" located at the bottom of the webpage). To remove a product,
click the button labeled "delete" on the line of that item. You will not
be able to change a quantity unless you added each product separately to the
cart. You will need to remove the line item and its quantity completely,
and add the correct quantity.

How do I remove an item or change a quantity using the
PayPal Cart?
Go to "Your Shopping Cart" (viewable by clicking "View Cart
PayPal Only" or adding an item to the PayPal cart). To change the quantity
of an item, change the number within the box in the "Quantity" column regarding
the line you want changed, and click the button labeled "Update Cart". To
remove all quantities of a product, click on the box in the "Remove" column in
the row of the product you want to remove, and click the button labeled "Update
Cart".

How do I checkout using the Rapid Wireless cart and
checkout?
Click the "check out" button on the bottom bar.
Enter your shipping location, zip code, shipping method, and payment
method. When the new screen appears, enter your billing address, shipping
address, payment method, and any comments.
6.
How do I checkout using the Paypal and
checkout?
Click on "View Cart PayPal Only". This will bring up
the PayPal Cart. Clicking "Proceed to Checkout" will bring you to PayPal
to complete your order.
