Technical Information
The buyer is solely responsible for obtaining any licenses or other authorizations required by the Federal Communications Commission (the "FCC") and for complying with FCC rules, and with the rules and regulations of any other federal, state, or local regulatory agency. Neither Rapid Communications & Air Spectrum GPS, Inc., the Rapid Communications & Air Spectrum GPS Web Site, nor any of its employers or agents may or will represent the buyer in FCC matters or otherwise. The Rapid Communications & Air Spectrum GPS Web Site, however, may assist in the license application and submission on behalf of the buyer at no additional charge.

Taxes and Fees
You are responsible for paying any governmental taxes and/or fees imposed on your purchases, including, but not limited to, sales, import/export, use or value-added taxes. Payment
You may pay for your orders using www.paypal.com, or with a major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa®,  MasterCard®, American Express® , and Discover® (each of which may be removed by the Rapid Communications & Air Spectrum GPS Web Site in its sole discretion). YOU, AND NOT the RAPID COMMUNICATIONS & AIR SPECTRUM GPS WEB SITE, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Unless you notify the Rapid Communications & Air Spectrum GPS of any discrepancies within sixty (60) days after they first appear on your credit card statement, you agree that they will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes. After you place an order using our shopping cart, we may check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. Purchases may require a signed sales order as well as a signed terms & conditions form which will be e-mailed or faxed to you depending on the type of products, the total purchase amount, number of products purchased, and/or for any reason Rapid Communications & Air Spectrum GPS or the Rapid Communications & Air Spectrum GPS Web Site feels necessary.

Controlling Law
The terms & conditions on the Rapid Communications & Air Spectrum GPS Web site and the rights and duties of the parties shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the state of Florida. Venue for any and all legal actions shall be Broward County, Florida.

Shipping
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to shipping policies of Rapid Communications & Air Spectrum GPS, Inc. In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 45 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail. All packaging shall be in accordance with good commercial practice.

The Rapid Communications & Air Spectrum GPS Web Site shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any cause beyond its control. Causes include, but not limited to strikes, acts of God, acts of the buyer, interruptions of transportation, or an inability to obtain necessary labor, materials or facilities, default of any supplier, or delays in FCC frequency authorization or license grant. The delivery schedule shall be considered extended by a period of time equal to the time lost because of any delay. In the event the Rapid Communications & Air Spectrum GPS Web Site is unable to wholly or partially perform for a period of 90 days because of any cause beyond its control, the Rapid Communications & Air Spectrum GPS Web Site may terminate any contract without any liability to the buyer.

Warranty Information

Return Policy
Under all conditions there will be a 20% restocking fee plus shipping & handling costs of the product for all Rapid Communications & Air Spectrum GPS Web Site authorized returns or cancelled items to be returned to Rapid Communications & Air Spectrum GPS, Inc. Product must be in original condition, and original packaging material must be intact.
