Controlling Law
The terms & conditions on the Rapid Wireless Web site and the rights and duties of the parties shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the state of Florida. Venue for any and all legal actions shall be Broward County, Florida.

Shipping
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to shipping policies of Rapid Wireless of Florida, Inc. In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 45 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail. All packaging shall be in accordance with good commercial practice.

The Rapid Wireless Web Site shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any cause beyond its control. Causes include, but not limited to strikes, acts of God, acts of the buyer, interruptions of transportation, or an inability to obtain necessary labor, materials or facilities, default of any supplier, or delays in FCC frequency authorization or license grant. The delivery schedule shall be considered extended by a period of time equal to the time lost because of any delay. In the event the Rapid Wireless Web Site is unable to wholly or partially perform for a period of 90 days because of any cause beyond its control, the Rapid Wireless Web Site may terminate any contract without any liability to the buyer.

Warranty Information

Return Policy
Under all conditions there will be a 20% restocking fee plus shipping & handling costs of the product for all Rapid Wireless Web Site authorized returns or cancelled items to be returned to Rapid Wireless of Florida, Inc.
